Facts

You may be denied entry to Canada or you visa may be refused for reasons of:

  1. Criminal Background
  2. Medical Reasons
  3. Misrepresentation of Facts or
  4. Security Reasons
  5. Organized Crime or
  6. Human or International Rights Violations

 

You may not be given a Permanent Resident Visa or you may not be allowed to enter Canada and become a Permanent Resident for reasons of:

  1. Criminal Background
  2. Medical Reasons
  3. Misrepresentation, or
  4. Failure to Maintain your Residency Obligation

If you are rendered inadmissible you will receive a procedural fairness letter stating why you are inadmissible and the grounds thereof.

All is Not Lost. Canadian Government provides solutions to most of the inadmissibilities provided the regulations pertaining to them are met.

For Criminal Inadmissibility you may be Deemed Rehabilitated after regulated passage of time. Temporary Resident Permit may be granted to reenter Canada in these Cases.

We may require to help you file a Judicial Review to challenge the ban to enter Canada after it is received.

Depending on factsof Inadmissibility, some may be overcome; others may not.
